Shipping policy

We aim to ship all items within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) using your selected shipping option at checkout. During busy periods such as Christmas & Halloween orders may take additional time to dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been sent as well as a tracking number. Shipping starts from £3.99 for all orders under £50. Orders over £50 are shipped for free using Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

We also offer free Click & Collect at checkout on any order amount. Click & Collect orders are usually ready on the same day (Monday to Friday) but may take up to 24 hours.

SHIPPING DELAYS - We are a small family run business and we are working day and night to fulfil orders. We are not responsible for items that arrive later than hoped for and do not offer refunds if an item did not arrive within the estimated delivery window. Refunds will only be issued if the item is lost in transit or if it meets the requirements listed in our Returns Policy. All items are now sent with tracking information so if you would like to know where your item is please use the tracking information provided. We do not have any different information on tracking then you do, and we cannot make items arrive any faster (trust us, if we could - we would!).
